Introduction

Cultural Competence in Health Training Course is designed to equip healthcare professionals with the critical cultural intelligence, inclusive care skills, health equity awareness, and cross-cultural communication competencies required in today’s diverse healthcare environments. As global migration increases and healthcare systems become more multicultural, the ability to deliver patient-centered care, culturally sensitive healthcare, and equitable medical services has become essential for improving patient outcomes and reducing health disparities.
