Introduction
Inclusive education is the cornerstone of a progressive and equitable society. As schools and institutions increasingly embrace diversity, leading inclusive education for students with disabilities has become a top priority for educational leaders, administrators, and policymakers. Training Course on Leading Inclusive Education for Students with Disabilities equips participants with the knowledge, tools, and leadership strategies to promote accessibility, universal design for learning (UDL), individualized education plans (IEPs), and equity in learning outcomes. This course is rooted in evidence-based practices and aligned with global standards such as the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Participants will gain practical skills to champion inclusive policies, implement differentiated instruction, and leverage assistive technology for student success. Course Objectives
Define inclusive education and its legal, ethical, and pedagogical foundations.
Apply principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) in lesson planning.
Upon successful completion of this training, participants will be issued with a globally- recognized certificate.

Key Notes
a. The participant must be conversant with English.
b. Upon completion of training the participant will be issued with an Authorized Training Certificate
c. Course duration is flexible and the contents can be modified to fit any number of days.
d. The course fee includes facilitation training materials, 2 coffee breaks, buffet lunch and A Certificate upon successful completion of Training.
e. One-year post-training support Consultation and Coaching provided after the course.
