Introduction
Empowering inclusive education and equitable leadership in the 21st century demands a transformative approach that centers gender equity at all levels of teaching and leadership. Training Course on Gender-Responsive Pedagogy and Leadership equips educators, school leaders, and policymakers with the tools and strategies to foster gender-sensitive classrooms, promote inclusive policies, and develop leadership competencies aligned with global education goals such as SDG 4 and SDG 5. Through interactive, evidence-based training, participants will gain the capacity to dismantle gender stereotypes, challenge biases, and cultivate environments where all learners—regardless of gender—can thrive.
Rooted in intersectional theory, this course integrates gender-responsive teaching strategies, inclusive curriculum design, and transformational leadership skills. It is tailored to address contemporary challenges such as the gender digital divide, leadership representation gaps, and unconscious bias in learning and workplace settings.
