Introduction
Training Course on Gender Responsive Budgeting is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to analyze and influence budgetary processes through a gender lens. Gender responsive budgeting (GRB) aims to ensure that budget allocations address the different needs of women, men, and marginalized groups, promoting gender equality and social equity.
Through interactive workshops, practical exercises, and case studies, participants will learn to assess budgetary impacts on gender equality, advocate for gender-sensitive policies, and implement GRB strategies in their organizations. By the end of the program, participants will be prepared to advocate for and implement gender-responsive budgeting practices.
