Course Objectives
1. Understand the principles and concepts of disaster risk reduction and community resilience.
2. Identify and assess community vulnerabilities and hazards using modern risk assessment tools.
3. Develop early warning systems tailored to community needs and capacities.
Upon successful completion of this training, participants will be issued with a globally- recognized certificate.

a. The participant must be conversant with English.
